Biography
Michael L. Dever is an active member of the firm's Intellectual Property Section's Chemical Practice Group and Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on IP portfolio management, counseling, intellectual property litigation and licensing. Michael prepares patent and trademark applications, prosecutes them before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and assists in the protection of patents and trademarks in foreign countries. Michael has experience in a broad range of technical disciplines, including chemical products and formulations, biomedical devices and procedures, metallurgical compositions, and mechanical and electromechanical devices.
