Biography
Bryan H. Opalko is the co-leader of the firm's Electrical Practice Group. He has over 22 years of experience in all areas of patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition and trade secret law, including licensing, patent solicitation, patent interference practice, trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings, registration of trademarks and copyrights, domain name disputes and assisting in many litigation matters in these areas.
